We Believe ...

The original writings of the Bible are the inerrant, infallible, and authoritative Word of God.

God is eternally existent in three, co-equal persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Humankind was created in God’s image and intended to live in a sinless, pain-free world. The result of Adam and Eve’s sin was physical and spiritual death for all humanity, beginning with their separation from God and continuing throughout generations in humankind’s inherited sinful nature.

Jesus Christ was begotten by God, conceived by the Holy Spirit, and born to the virgin Mary, in fulfillment of the Scriptures. He lived a sinless life, performed miracles, suffered and shed his blood as a substitutionary sacrifice for all who would believe in him, died, resurrected from the dead, and ascended to the Father, where he intercedes for all who trust in him and serves as our High Priest.

The Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin. He brings truth and comfort to believers, empowers and emboldens them, equipping them to share the Gospel.

Salvation from sin comes only through confession, repentance, and profession of faith in Jesus Christ. Those who receive this salvation are born again by the Holy Spirit, becoming children of God and joint heirs with Christ of every spiritual blessing. This is a gift by God’s grace through faith, not of works. This is the Gospel.

Every believer is called to a life of surrender and obedience to God and equipped to serve a divinely-inspired purpose that benefits the body of Christ and points others to Jesus.

The Church’s mission is to spread the Gospel and seek unity among believers of every tribe, tongue, race, and nation.

In the imminent return of Jesus Christ and the resurrection of the saved and the lost.

The first will experience everlasting fellowship in heaven and the second will experience eternal suffering in hell.
